i have a rash on my arms and body. it started in my armpits. its very painful. i thought it was a heat rash.
i have a sore throat, itchy eyes and a stiff neck. this has developed three days after getting the rash.
im at work.
i have just looked on nhsdirect.nhs.uk and no matter which order i type in my symptoms a flashing red 999! symbol pops up and tells me its the hospital for me.
does anyone else ever use the self help thing on there and does it always just say that to be safe or do you think i should start to worry??
